Staninless steel and
nickel alloys half-pipes
Caminox specializes in the manufacture of stainless steel and nickel alloys half-pipes.
We have dedicated equipment for the continuous forming of half-pipes made of strips from which continuous spirals are produced, thereby reducing the number of end joints.
Advantages of using continuous half-pipes:
- LESS welding
- LESS critical points during equipment operation
- LESS installation times to the shell
We can supply both half-pipe on a contract manufacturing basis and the welding service for installation on cylindrical shells, elliptical, spherical or conical heads.
Features
Features of the half-pipe:
- A wide range of sizes to meet the highest number of requirements
- Manufactured to meet the design specifications of the equipment, including the most stringent requirements
- Choice of spot welding or direct welding to the shell
- Each stage of the manufacturing process is discussed with and approved by the customer prior to execution
