Finned Tubes
Finned tubes are key components of air cooled heat exchangers; therefore, they must be of the highest possible quality and comply with customer specifications.
We guarantee the highest quality by using raw materials sourced from selected, qualified and reliable European suppliers, carrying out rigorous quality controls at every stage of production, and ensuring strict quality tests before products are dispatched.
The fin groove is mechanically bonded to the tube wall, ensuring optimal heat transfer and adhesion up to 400°C.
Integrated fins (G-Fin) are produced by wrapping strips of aluminum or copper into a helical groove machined into the outer surface of the tube.

Extruded finned tubes
Extruded finned tubes are bimetallic tubes whose aluminum outer surface is finned by cold plastic deformation.
