Stainless steel half-pipe
We own dedicated equipment for the continuous half-pipes bending of Aisi 304/316 strips from which we obtain continuous half coils with consequent reductions in the butt joints.
Advantages connected to the use of continuous half-pipes:
- LESS welds
- LESS critical points in the equipment operating conditions
- LESS application times to the shell
We can supply both the half-pipe for manufacturing purposes only or for additional applications by welding to cylindrical plating, elliptical, spherical or conical rounded heads.
Features
Stainless steel half-pipe features:
- Wide range of sizes to cover the majority of requirements
- Manufactured taking into account the design conditions of the equipment, including the most restrictive ones
- Choice between spot welding or direct welding to the jacket
- Each processing step is shared with and approved by the customer before execution
